Terrorists Kill One, Abduct Over 30, Including Women, Children In Zamfara

The terror gang has already demanded for N20 million ransom for the release of their captives kidnapped in Bungudu LGA of Zamfara State, Northwest Nigeria.

Terrorists killed and injured one person, abducted 30, including women and children in Bungudu Local Government Area (LGA) of Zamfara State, Northwest Nigeria. 

The attack which happened in Masu community of Bungudu LGA took place on March 23, 2022, around 8:30 p.m. WAT. 

Barely 24 hours later, the gang demanded 20 million as ransom from the abductees’ relatives and community. 

Sule Abubakar, the traditional ruler of the community, told HumAngle in tears about the lack of security presence in the area and called on the government at all levels to help.

Mamman Tsafe (rtd.), the Zamfara State Commissioner for Security and Internal Affairs confirmed the attack and said military personnel had been deployed to the community.
