Terrorists Kill 10 In Fresh Attack In 3 Kaduna Communities
This attack is coming barely 24 hours after terrorists attacked Igabi Local Government in Kaduna, Northwest Nigeria.
At least 10 persons were killed in a fresh terrorist attack in Zango Kataf and Chikun Local Government Areas of Kaduna State, Northwest Nigeria.
The attacks came less than 24 hours after 13 were ruthlessly murdered in Igabi Local Government Area of the state.
On Monday, Samuel Aruwan, Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, said the terrorists’ attack in Kurmin Gandu village of Zango Kataf Local Government left five persons dead, 10 houses burnt down, including 50 bags of ginger and other valuables.
Aruwan said security operatives who gave updates on the attacks revealed that five persons were also killed in Sabon Gayan and Ungwan Turai villages in Chikun Local Government Area of the state, according to a Channels report.
He disclosed that survivors of the attacks were getting medical attention in a hospital.
Aruwan also hinted that search and rescue operations are in progress following reports that several bandits sustained bullet wounds.
HumAngle earlier reported that terrorist attacks in 13 communities in Kerawa ward, Igabi Local Government Area of the state, claimed 13 lives and displaced no fewer than 1,200 persons.
