Rababben Birni (4): Yadda Makotaka Tsakanin Musulmi da Kirista Ta Taimaka Wajen Tsare Juna

Rikicin kabilanci da na addini a birnin Jos, Arewa ta tsakiyar Najeriya, ya mayar da makota masu zaman lafiya da juna zuwa makiya. Amma wani yunkuri da yan sintiri suka yi a shekarar 2018 ta yadda Musulmi ke bawa majami’u kariya a lokutan kirsimati kuma Kirista ke bawa musulmi kariya a lokatun sallah, ya kara janyo haduwar kan al’umma.

Abin da Ayuba Luka Maigari yake iya tunawa game da unguwar Dutse Uku da take karamar hukumar Jos ta Arewa da ke jihar Plateau din Najeriya, shi ne yadda ake rikici tsakanin yan daban musulmi da na kirista da suke tsallaken juna. 

A wannan yanki, Idris Khamis Mangalle ya girma yana wasan kwallon kafa a cakude da al’umma har ya zama jagoran yan wasa (kaftin) – mukamin da ya samu a tsakanin sauran yan wasa ba tare da an yi la’akari da kabilarsa ko addininsa ba. 

Amma komai ya lalace bayan rikicin kabilanci da na addini da aka yi Satumbar 2001 a jihar. 

Maigari, wanda Kirista ne kuma dan sanda, shi kuma Mangalle Musulmi, sun samu kansu a matsayin shugabannin matasa daga kowane bangare da suke samar da ci gaba ta hanyar tabbatar da tsaro da ya hada da kare guraren ibada na mabanbantan addinai.

Dutse Uku ta hada da Musulmi da Kirista wadanda hanya ce ta rabasu, a cewar Maigari wanda yanzu shugaban matasan Kirista ne.

Hakan ya janyo duk ranar da aka samu wani sabon rikici daga 2008 zuwa 2010 da bayan shekarun, hanyar tana zama gurin da yake gagarar tsallakewa tsakanin al’ummatan biyu. 

Daga baya manyan al’ummar biyu suka fara wani kokari da ya hada Musulmi da Kirista don kawo zaman lafiya na din-din-din. 

Dalilan a bayyane suke, Kwamandan yan sintiri na jihar Plateau kuma mai magana da yawun inuwar samar da zaman lafiya ta jihar, Isma’il Shuaib ya fada. 

“Tun daga shekarar 2001 aka samu rabuwar kai, musamman a Nassarawa Gwong, Rukuba, Yan Shanu har zuwa Dutse Uku da Baptist,” a cewarsa. “An samu wani shinge. Mutane daga bangarorin basa iya tsallakawa zuwa wani guri saboda akwai yan daba da suke shirye su tayar da hankali.”

A shekarar 2018, rabuwar ta bayyana karara saboda rikicin da ya yi kamari ta hanyar kai harin kisa ga daidaiku, wanda ya janyo mayar da martani tsakanin musulmi da kirista. “Akwai lokacin da matasan musulmi suka kaiwa wani kirista hari saboda sun zargi cewa ana kashe musulmi a Rikkos,” inji Maigari. “Amma wasu musulmin ne suka daukeshi suka kaishi asibiti inda ya mutu a can.” 

A wannan lokaci, Mangalle, shugaban matasan Musulmi na yanzu, da Musa Hassan, baturen yan sanda na Nassarawa, su ne suka je don su yayyafawa hayaniyar ruwa. Domin tabbatar da hakan, sai aka boye lamarin daga jama’a. 

“A tsakiyar dare aka dauke gawar aka kaita mutuware,” a cewar Mangalle.

Irin wannan lamari ya faru a lokacin zabe inda aka kashe wani Musulmi. 

A dalilin irin wannan kisa daya da yake kawo barazanar zaman lafiya a al’ummomin Jos, mutanen Dutse Uku suka hadu suka amince da yarjejeniya a tsakanin Kirista da Musulmi. Yarjejeniyar na cewa idan daya daga cikin mabiya wani addini ya kashe wani to manyan ciki za a tuhuma. Domin a karfafa yarjejeniyar, an sako shugabannin gargajiya a cikinta. 

Daga nan ne kuma duk lokacin da Kirista ya aikata wani laifi to sai kiristocin su hada kai da Musulmi wajen kamashi. To haka ma idan Musulmi ne ya aikata. Wani lokacin kuma tare suke yanke hukuncin. 

“Idan akwai bukatar a yafe, to suna yafiyar. Idan akwai bukatar a daure, to suna bin matakan da shari’a ta gindaya ta hanyar kotu,” a cewar Maigari. 

Maigari ya bayyana cewa akwai lokacin da aka taba samun gawar wata mata mai shekara 43. Da a ce hakan ta faru ne kafin a shirya wannan zaman lafiya da sai an shigo da addini wajen zargin cewa yan wani bangaren ne suka aikata. Irin wannan ya janyo hatsaniya a baya. 

“Sannan kuma, yan sintiri sun yi tunanin cewa wasu mutanen ne suke cin ribar hatsaniyar amma mafi yawa asara suke,” a cewarsa. 

A matsayinsa ba jagoran yan wasan kwallon kafa, Mangale ya shiga damuwa lokacin da hatsaniyar ta janyo rabuwar kai tsakanin wasan da yake kauna, musamman lokacin  da yan wasan suka raba kansu ta fuskar addini. 

“Kirista suka hada nasu (kulob) din mai suna Homas, Musulmi kuma suka kira nasu Dutse United,” ya fada yana mai girgiza kansa. “Daga nan na dena.” 

Daga baya, lokacin da yan sintiri suka kawo zaman lafiya, sai aka saka Mangale a matsayin shugaban matasan Musulmi na Dutse Uku. 

Da ya so ya bar mukaminsa, Musulmi da Kirista suka hada kansu suka nuna kin amincewarsa – alamar da take nuna cewa an samu ci gaba. Zuwa wani lokaci kuma sai ya zama mai shiga tsakani na addinan biyu. 

Lokacin hatsaniya, Mangale yana tafiya wajen Kirista domin ya farar da shirin zaman lafiya, kuma ba a taba samun wanda ya kai masa hari ba duk ko da cewa shi Musulmi ne. 

Yadda Take Aiki 

Yan sintirin sun hada Kirista da Musulmi kuma hade suke maza da mata. 

Yan sanda suna goya musu baya don karfafa aikinsu musamman a Dutse Uku. Kafin nan suna aiki da yan sanda ne wajen tattara bayanai. Ta haka ne ma aka samu kungiyar yan sandan sa-kai da sun taka muhimmiyar rawa a Jos, a cewar Jonah Kumret, mataimakin shugaban yan sandan sa-kai na jihar Plateau. 

Ya nuna cewa yan sintirin sun banbanta da yan bijilanti. “Kamar kananun yan sandan sa-kai ne da suka sanya aka samu damar shiga inda ba ya shiguwa,” Kumret ya bayyana. “Lokacin da bikin sallah, mun roki Kirista su kare masallatai, sannan a lokacin kirsamati mun nemi musulmi su kare majami’u. Mun dena samun hatsaniya da yawa tun wannan lokaci.” 

A yau, wannan yunkuri ya hada yan sintiri da mafarauta guri guda tare da wasu kungiyoyin da suka zama daya wajen aiki tare da yan sanda bisa kulawar yan sandan sa-kai.

Mutane suka dinga kuka suna daukan hotuna tare,” Shu’aibu ya bayyana. “Wadansu suka sha mamakin cewa yau gasu a tsakiyar Unguwar Rogi, inda Musulmi suka cika. Suka rungumi junansu.”

Daga wannan lokaci, yan sintiri suka fara kira domin rage rabuwar kai saboda banbancin addini. Kuma da ci gaban lokaci sai cinikayya ta gangaro saboda wadanda basa iya tsallakawa domin yin kasuwanci yanzu suna iya zuwa gurin da a baya suke ganin na makiyansu ne. 

A yanzu, Kirista da Musulmi suna tafiya tare a kasuwar Dutse Uku. Sannan mazauna daga addinai daban daban suna zaune ta makotakar juna, wata alama da take nuna an samu ci gaba mai wuyar samu a wasu sassan na Jos musamman a Unguwar Balkazai da Mai Damisa. Duk da wadannan unguwanni suna cudanya da juna wajen tare da banbancin addininsu amma har yanzu guraren zamansu a rabe yake.

Tana iya tunawa sun zo sanya da shudiyar riga da bakin wando, duk da wasunsu na sanye da bakaken kaya ne baki daya. “Na yi murna. Mutane sun yi mamaki da suka gansu.”

Amma, ba kamar Helen ba, Chidebere Amadi, wani mai sana’ar daukan hoto, shi nasa labarin daban ne. Shi ma yana daga cikin masu ibada a majami’ar a shekarar 2020. Har yanzu yana tuna wata ranar bikin ibada da abin da ya taba faruwa. “A zuciyata bana jin nutsuwa,” a cewarsa. “Ba ka san me yake zuciyar wasu mutanen ba.” 

Amadi ya ce shi yana jin tsoro kuma yana yawan korafi. “Za mu iya amince musu, su kuma ba lallai su amince mana ba. A matsayina na Kirista ba zan iya zuwa gadin masallaci ba. Ba zai yiwu ba saboda ba za su yarda da mu ba,” ya bayyana. Abin da yake damunsa shi ne, zai wuya a shirya baki daya saboda lamarin kamar auren da ya rabu ne.

Har yanzu Amadi ba ya nutsuwa idan ya ya Musulmi na gadin cocinsa saboda bai yarda da su ba. “Na je har gurin yan sintiri na gaya musu cewa ni fa ban aminta da wannan tsari ba,” ya kara bayani. 

Rawar da Sunday Ponfa yake takawa a matsayinsa na dan sintiri a majami’arsa, kamar yadda aka bashi dama, shi ne ya kalli abin ta wata fuskar. Da farko ya lura da tsoro da rashin yardar da masu ibada suke da su a lokacin da aka nemi su zauna cikin shiri. Ponfa ya kula cewa har Musulmin da suke zuwa gadin cocin a tsorace suke. 

Amma Ponfa ya yi bai tsayar da lurarsa iya haka ba. Bayan gama ibada a majami’a, ya kula da dari-darin da bangaren biyu ke da shi ya koma farin ciki a lokacin da aka zauna ana cin abinci tare. 

“Har yau yan sintiri na ci gaba da wannan tsari, amma dai ba cikakkiyyar yarda a tsakaninsu,” ya bayyana. 

Yan sanda basa kyale yan sintiri su dauki bindigogi, don haka sai dai kowane dan sintiri ya dauki adda ko gora, a cewar Framah Ezekiel, wacce yar sintiri ce kuma mai taimakawa a wani ofishi a Jami’ar Jos (UNIJOS). 

Wani dan sintirin mai suna Sikiru Garba, wanda ya yi tasa ibadar a masallacin Al-Hilal a Rikkos a 2019 lokacin yan uwansa ke aikinsu, ba ya iya banbancewa tsakanin Musulmi da Kirista. “Ni ina ganinsu a daya ne kawai,” a cewarsa. 

Fiye da Aiki Kawai 

Duk da ci gaban da aka samu, Babawo Lawal, jami’in aiyuka na yan sintirin Nassarawa, ya bayyana cewa al’umma tana da rawar da za ta taka. 

Akwai lamarin da yake cin tuwo a kwarya na yadda wasu iyayen basa iya biyawa yayan da suka haifa bukatundu. “Wannan rashin kula ta iyaye ita take haifar da yan iskan gari,” a cewarsa. “Wani sai ya auri mata da yawa ya dinga haifo ‘ya’ya gaba-gadi ba tare da ya iya kula da su ba.” 

Duk da wannan kokari na yan sintiri da kuma wasu tsare-tsare ciki har da na  wasan kwallo na hadin kai da aka kira “Music Plus Festival”, wasu yaran suna girma a cikin jama’a ba tare da samun kulawar iyaye ba. 

“Mu yan sintiri har kotu ake kaimu saboda muna son mu magance matsalar irin wadannan matasa, kuma muna shan wahala,” Lawal ya koka. “Da kudinmu muke siyan yunifom kuma ba wai tallafi muke nema ba saboda mun dauka wadannan yayanmu ne.” 

Babban misalin tarnakin da wadannan matasa ka iya kawowa ya faru ne a shekarar 2019 a lokacin da wani dan sintiri mai duna Babatunde Abdulaziz ya shiga cikin wani matsatsi a lokacin da yake kokarin tarwatsa wasu matasa da suke shirin kona wata majami’a. 

“Mun san idan hakan ta faru akwai matsalar da za ta janyo. Za ta iya watsuwa zuwa wasu gine-ginen ta janyo ramuwar gayya,” ya bayyana. 

Amma dai har yanzu akwi fata na gari idan aka lura da labarin irin su Abdulaziz da Framah, wacce, kamar sauran yan uwanta yan sintiri Musulmi, tana kula da masallatai musamman a lokacin bikin sallah. 

“A lokaci na farko da na fara fita aiki, abin ba mai sauki ba ne. Na dauka za a iya kawo min hari,” ta fadawa HumAngle. Amma babu abin da ya faru. Sai ma dai wani tsari na tattara yan sintirin guri guda ta yadda ba ta taba tsammani ba. 

A lokacin da wani dan sintiri Kirista ya mutu, yan kungiyar sun taru wajen yi masa jana’iza hade da Musulmi wadanda suka tsaya kusa da makarar a yayin jana’izar. “Mun godewa Ubangiji saboda zaman lafiya,” in ji Framah. “Sabanin baya, a yanzu ina shiga unguwannin Musulmi na yi yawona.”
