James Barnett

James Barnett is a Fulbright visiting fellow at the Institute of African and Diaspora Studies at the University of Lagos and a research fellow at the Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C. He covers various security and political issues in Africa, particularly East Africa and Nigeria, and parts of the Middle East.
