1. Introduction 

Welcome to First Aid VR game, a Virtual Reality (VR) first aid training experience policy  outlines the terms and conditions of use, safety guidelines, data privacy, and user responsibilities.  By using this VR game, users agree to comply with all terms stated herein. 

2. Purpose 

The purpose of this VR first aid game is to provide a safe, immersive, and controlled  environment to learn and practice essential first aid skills. The game is designed to be  therapeutic, educational, and interactive, offering step-by-step guidance for managing  emergency situations while considering psychological sensitivities. 

3. Eligibility and User Responsibility 

∙ Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. ∙ This game is not a substitute for professional medical training or therapy. ∙ Users with severe anxiety, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), or other  

psychological conditions are advised to consult a healthcare provider before using the  VR experience. 

∙ Users must ensure a safe, open space while using the VR headset to avoid physical harm.

4. Safety Guidelines 

∙ Take frequent breaks to prevent discomfort, dizziness, or motion sickness. ∙ If experiencing distress or anxiety, immediately remove the headset and seek support. ∙ Avoid prolonged use if you have a history of epilepsy, vertigo, or severe anxiety  disorders. 

∙ Do not use the game while under the influence of alcohol or medication that may impair  judgment. 

5. Privacy and Data Protection 

∙ Personal data collected during gameplay (if any) will be strictly confidential and used  only for research and game improvement. 

∙ Users’ psychological responses may be anonymized for research purposes, with prior  consent. 

∙ No personal data will be shared with third parties without explicit permission.

∙ Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the game without  authorization.

∙ The developers are not responsible for any emotional or physical harm resulting from  the misuse of the VR game. 

∙ Users accept full responsibility for their well-being while engaging in the game. 

8. Agreement and Consent 

By using this VR first aid game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to  the terms of this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with  gameplay.
